Q/ What type of warranty do Roland digital pianos and Roland keyboards have and how long is it for?
A/ All Roland KR and HP digital pianos come with a 3 year 'on-site' manufacturers warranty, all other Roland products come with a 3 year warranty but not 'on-site'. This warranty covers any mechanical or electrical failure within 3 years.
Q/What is an 'on-site' warranty?
A/This means that you do not have to return the piano to Roland if there is a fault. Roland UK company will send out a technician to repair or replace your piano.
Q/Are the Roland digital pianos easy to assemble?
A/The Roland digital pianos come with assembly instructions and are not difficult to put together. The stand is fixed together with a few screws and the keyboard section is then lifted on to the stand and fixed on by a few more screws.
Q/Will i need to do anything to the piano when it has been assembled or will it need any special testing?
A/Once you have assembled the piano all you need to do is switch it on and play away! No testing or electrical knowledge is necessary.
Q/What happens if i put the piano together incorrectly and damage it in the process?
A/Unfortunately your warranty will not cover this, but it is unlikely that you will damage the piano in any way during the assembly process. All the holes are predrilled and the piano will not fix together unless the correct screws are used.
Q/Is the piano insured whilst in transit?
A/All pianos are insured by our carriers so their is no need to worry.
Q/What happens if i unpack the piano and find that it's damaged?
A/Call our service department on 020 8370 3592 and we will arrange for a new part or complete replacement piano as soon as possible, free of charge.
